My Approach
Personalised Reflexology Sessions
Each session includes a personalised consultation to ensure the treatment is safe, nurturing, and as beneficial as possible.
-
Gentle and adapted to each individual's needs
-
Therapeutic, aiming to ease both physical and emotional discomfort
-
Holistic, taking the resident's full health picture into account
I bring a comfortable mobile reclining chair, high-quality reflexology wax, and can play gentle healing music during sessions (optional), creating a peaceful, safe space for residents to fully relax and receive care.
My mission is simple: To bring calm, comfort, and connection to every resident I work with.
About Me.
Hello, I’m a qualified reflexologist with a genuine passion for supporting the wellbeing of older adults.
I hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, am fully insured, and Enhanced DBS certified.
During my training, I delivered over 100 treatments, including work with senior clients, giving me valuable experience in how reflexology can support comfort, relaxation, and connection later in life.
My interest in elder care started much earlier, though. When I was a child, my parents became carers for an elderly woman who had no family and couldn’t move into a care home due to her pets and complex needs. She came to live with us, and I often helped care for her, keeping her company, assisting at mealtimes, and supporting her when she needed help. It felt natural to me, and those early experiences left a lasting impression.
Today, I work with people of all ages, but I’ve seen especially powerful results in my older clients — including improved circulation, reduced swelling, and a deep sense of calm. That’s what inspired me to begin offering my reflexology services to care homes.
I may be new to working directly in care home settings, but I bring a caring, gentle approach backed by training, experience, and a true commitment to making people feel seen, safe, and supported.
